1. License & Terms of Use
   1. All files available in any download belong to PTemplates.com
   2. Any website skin or template downloaded must retain the copyright notice 'CubeCart Skin Design by PTemplates.com'  text and hyperlink available on all files unless otherwise stated or written permission from PTemplates.com. customers must gain permission from PTemplates.com to remove the copyright link by requesting PTemplates.com via email or by remitting the "Copyright Removal" fee if applicable.
   3. Users may be granted permission to modify, update or change any of the files and their elements with the exception of switching the theme images to another theme supplied by PTemplates.com, whether it is a paid or free theme. The copyright notice must be retained in any event of modification done to the template files and skins.
   4. Customers who purchased PTemplates.com's template/theme/skin are licensed to use it on a single domain installation. Multiple usage on the same domain/sub-domain is prohibited and will require seperate license for each installation.
   5. No re-distribution of any of the template files supplied as part of the template pack will be tolerated. All files included in the download are copyright PTemplates.com, with the exception of works originally developed by Devellion Limited where copyright is recognized.
   6. IMPORTANT: Customers are strictly prohibited to sell or make available as a free download in commercial or personal websites without being granted written permission from PTemplates.com. All works by PTemplates.com (and other third parties or developers who are affiliated with PTemplates.com) are copyrighted under intellectual property law, and will be enforced to the extent of the law.
   7. IMPORTANT: The following details must also be observed exclusively:
      
      1. Limited usage permitted: Each individual product's usage is applied to a single website only. The website may belong to either the customer or another third party. The same product is to be purchased should the customer desire to create another project.
      2. Imagery, cliparts and fonts: All imagery, clipart and fonts utilized in the creation of our products are royalty-free. According to the Limited Usage License, users are allowed the right to use these images, clipart and fonts only as a part of their project using the template purchased. Only one project containing these purchased templates may be created. Separate usages or redistributions are strictly prohibited.
      3. Modifications: Users are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products as they see fit. Upon requesting custom work from PTemplates.com, a non refundable deposit of 50% will be required while the remainder is due upon completion and before installation of products. Customers are allowed to have a maximum of three revisions (includes minor color changes, images/graphics/icons replacement or positioning etc) to the mockup after which our contract with the customer will be terminated with no further amounts payable and no further designs submitted. This is a non negotiable term.
      4. Unauthorized usage: Redistribution or resale of our products, modified or in their original forms, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium is strictly prohibited.
      5. Assignability: Customers may not sub-let, re-assign, or transfer the product license to any other party without prior written consent from PTemplates.com.
      6. Ownership: All purchases are considered licenses to use our products therefore we will retain ownership of our templates and modifications at all times. Users are not granted intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or in their original forms.
      7. Installations: The price of each product sold does not include installation of the template. We will not offer installation for any of our products free of charge. Installation is a paid service excluded in all packages unless purchased.
2. Terms of Sale
   
   1. The products are sold as seen according to "What You See Is What You Get". A demo of available products can be viewed on our demo site. Other demos not viewable in the site can be requested.
      
   2. The purchase of our products from PTemplates.com does not include transfer of ownership rights to the customer/user. The pricing of the product is for a license of limited use of the purchased product excluding ownership.
   3. There are instances whereby we will update our products by making improvements and bug amendments. All updated versions will be available to those who have purchased the product upon request.
   4. Customers encountering problems/issues/bugs concerning purchased products will be assisted and said issues will be fixed as part of the service. This will not include the problems that may caused as a result of user's modification/installation.
3. Refund Policy
   
   1. PTemplates.com do not offer refunds on digital products. Refunds are only available if our records indicate that the customer has not downloaded our products.
   2. Refunds are not issued if the customer is dissatisfied with the product as demos of specific products are offered. Customers are recommended to try before they buy to ensure that the purchased product meets their needs.
4. Disclaimers Concerning:
   1. Third Party Services: PTemplates.com may enlist assistance from third parties to provide varying services via the PTemplates.com website. PTemplates.com is not responsible for these third parties or their services and are not bound in any way should the user be dissatisfied of such services. Said third parties may require users to adhere to their own terms and conditions whereby users must comply with such terms while utilizing these services. If conflict occurs, users are to comply with PTemplates.com as applicable.
   2. Hyperlinks: PTemplates.com may contain links and/or advertisements to other third party or PTemplates-owned websites. An advertisement of, or hyperlink to any other website does not imply that PTemplates.com approves, endorses or accepts any responsibility for that website, its content, or the use of products and services made available through said website. PTemplates.com will not be held responsible for the actions, content, accuracy, opinions expressed, privacy policies, products or services provided through these links or made available through these resources or appearing in such websites, nor for any damages or losses, directly or indirectly, caused or alleged to have been caused as a result of the customers' usage or dependency on said websites. PTemplates.com will not investigate, monitor or check these websites for accuracy or compliance with applicable laws and regulations. PTemplates.com does not make any representations whatsoever, or give any warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, or otherwise about other websites which customers may access through this website, the content thereof, or the products and/or services made available through such websites. Users may leave PTemplates.com and access other websites at their own risks. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures are applicable while customers' presence is detected on said websites.
   3. Links from other websites: PTemplates.com allows customers to link to this website and PTemplates.com hereby disclaim any liability as well as reserve the right to withdraw any authorization to link to this website at any time and for any reason. User providing access to, or information relating to PTemplates.com website is responsible for bringing these terms and conditions to the attention of third parties receiving such access or information. Failure to do so will not result in liability for PTemplates.com.

Limitation of liabilities: Users agree to release, indemnify and hold PTemplates.com and all its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors and affiliates free from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses including legal fees, of third parties relating to or rising under this agreement and of the use of images, including without limitation infringement by any user of any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity, or from the violation of any of PTemplates.com operating rule or policy relating to the use of the images provided.
   5. Endorsement : The name "PTemplates" or "PTemplates.com" is not to be abused nor used to endorse or promote any products without prior written permission.
5. AntiFraud Checks
   Immediate downloads are not available to unknown/new customers. AntiFraud checks will be conducted (before the delivery of products) due to the high volume of fraud by people using stolen PayPal account credentials. Customers are encouraged to use their primary Paypal email address while registering an account with Ptemplates.com
